Witness Log - Driver Distraction Incidents

Observed:
A driver leaning against the door/window with his arm resting on the window sill to hold the phone to his left ear. The poor man face was not visible which tells me that he is totally blind to the traffic to his left.

Comment:

Observed:
On a 4 lanes undevided 35 MPH road, The late Model Balck Mercedes swirved well in the lane 2 of the opposite direction and then corrected back to its own lane. Out o video scope, as the vehicle approached, the driver , (Short Statured), was observed leaning onto the center arm rest and talking on a hand held phone.

Comment:
