is not an option, but a necessity

in the video, an impatient driver going much faster then the speed limit cut off the traffic and changes lane, then bullying the vehicle in front of him he forced the other driver to change lanes, just in time for him to change lane him self.  May not be unusual on its own, but was the driver in our vehicle to be looking away, he wouldn't have seen the vehicle cuts him off and he wouldn't have let off the gas pedal just enough to let the truck change lanes safely.  Peripheral vision of the driver which helped avoid the problem is not documented in the video.
